Do you ship to my country?
Yes - we do! We currently ship worldwide. For more information on delivery and shipping, check out our delivery page.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, photos of the damage/faulty items and any other relevant information that will help us sort the issue for you asap.
If you're looking to return an order/item that isn't damaged or faulty, we only accept returns where the product is still in original packaging and unopened. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you contact us outside of the 14 day window after delivery unfortunately we will not be unable to process or accept your return/exchange.
Do you cover returns/exchange costs?
We are a small business running from a tiny studio space in our home. Currently we do not have the ability to cover returns/exchange costs (with the exception of damaged/faulty items). If you have any issues please email us so we can sort out your query.
Can I request a custom piece?
Our parent company MadeByCuttingEdge can fulfill custom orders and requests. Check out the etsy shop or Instagram page for more details.
Is it possible to request faster delivery?
Yes it is! Email us at email@example.com to discuss this.
I accidentally put in the wrong information at check out, can I change it?
Yes! As long as the item has not already been dispatched. Email us immediately so we can change your information before dispatch. If your item has already been dispatched then unfortunately there is nothing we can do as it has already been shipped. Please email us if there are any issues.
